1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the Live Street Launcher Android application (the “App”) provided by AppGrove (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including its launcher, maps, street-level imagery, public live-camera discovery, favorites, and journey history features.

The App does not require an account. We do not ask you to provide your name, postal address, phone number, or contacts.

2. Information processed by the App

Location

If you grant location permission, the App uses approximate or precise device location to center the map, show your position, and help discover nearby street-level imagery. Location access is optional. The App may send coordinates or a map area to map and imagery providers to return relevant content.

Activity and content choices

The App processes searches, map settings, favorite status, visited locations, selected cameras or street views, launcher visibility, launcher icon interactions, and viewing actions so features work and so we can understand product usage. Launcher analytics may include the target app package name, whether the target was this App, and the identifier of an App-provided launcher item.

Device, app, network, and diagnostic data

We and our service providers may process IP address, device and operating-system information, app version, language, installation identifiers, network request metadata, crash reports, performance data, and diagnostic logs. Public camera and imagery sources also receive ordinary network information when the App requests their content.

Advertising and attribution

The App uses Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your device settings, region, and consent choices, the advertising SDK may process IP address, app interactions, diagnostic data, Android advertising ID, App Set ID, and related identifiers to serve, measure, secure, limit, or personalize ads. Google Play Install Referrer data, such as campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers, may be used to determine whether an installation came from a paid campaign.

Local records

Search history, favorites, journey footprints, display settings, cached public-camera information, consent state, and the last valid advertising configuration may be stored on your device. Depending on Android and your device backup settings, some local application data may be included in an Android backup.

3. How we use information

• Provide the launcher, maps, nearby exploration, street imagery, live-camera playback, favorites, and history.
• Remember settings and maintain reliable offline or cached behavior.
• Measure feature usage, advertising performance, and installation attribution.
• Detect crashes, abuse, fraud, invalid ad traffic, and technical failures.
• Deliver configuration changes, notifications when enabled, and security updates.
• Comply with law, enforce applicable terms, and protect users and services.

We do not sell personal information for money. Advertising providers may process or share data for cross-context behavioral advertising where permitted and where your choices allow it.

4. Permissions and your choices

• Location: deny or revoke precise/approximate location at any time in Android Settings. Core browsing remains available, while nearby and “my location” functions may be limited.
• Advertising: where required, the App shows a consent message. If “Ad privacy choices” appears in App settings, you can reopen that form and change available choices. Android also lets you reset or delete the advertising ID.
• Local data: clear the App’s storage or uninstall it to remove locally stored searches, favorites, footprints, settings, and caches. Android-managed backups may persist according to your Google account and device settings.
• Notifications: use Android Settings to allow or disable notifications.

5. Service providers and external content

The App relies on providers that process information under their own terms and privacy policies:

• Google: Google Maps Platform, Street View, YouTube where selected, Google Play services, Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Cloud Messaging, and Play Install Referrer. • Mapillary / Meta: street-level imagery and related metadata. See Mapillary’s Privacy Policy.
• Public camera and media providers: video streams, pages, thumbnails, and availability metadata you choose to view. Their pages and media requests are governed by their respective policies.
• Cloudflare: delivery and protection of this privacy-policy page through Cloudflare R2. Cloudflare may process IP address and security/network metadata when you visit this page. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy.

Third-party imagery and public-camera content may show public places and people captured by those providers. We do not operate those cameras or control how the original imagery was collected.

6. Retention

Local App data remains until you remove it, clear App storage, or uninstall the App, subject to Android backup behavior. We retain operational records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above. Google, Firebase, advertising providers, and external content providers retain information according to their own policies and account settings.

7. Security and international processing

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections where supported. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to their legal safeguards.

8. Children

The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13, or the minimum age required in the relevant jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review the request.

9. Privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or information about processing and sharing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. To exercise a right, contact us and describe the App, device platform, request, and country. We may need information to verify and complete the request.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when the App, service providers, or legal requirements change. We will publish the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the App or store listing.

操作与内容选择

为了提供功能并了解产品使用情况，本应用会处理搜索、地图设置、收藏状态、访问过的位置、选择的摄像头或街景、桌面显示、桌面图标点击及观看操作。桌面分析事件可能包含目标应用包名、目标是否为本应用，以及本应用提供的桌面项目标识。

设备、应用、网络与诊断数据

我们及服务商可能处理 IP 地址、设备及操作系统信息、应用版本、语言、安装标识符、网络请求元数据、崩溃报告、性能信息和诊断日志。应用请求公共摄像头和影像内容时，相应来源也会收到正常网络请求信息。

广告与归因

本应用使用 Google 移动广告。根据设备设置、所在地区及同意选择，广告 SDK 可能处理 IP 地址、应用互动、诊断数据、Android 广告 ID、App Set ID 及相关标识符，用于广告投放、衡量、安全、防止重复投放或个性化。Google Play Install Referrer 数据（例如广告活动参数和广告点击标识符）可能用于判断安装是否来自付费推广。

本地记录

搜索历史、收藏、旅程足迹、显示设置、缓存的公共摄像头信息、同意状态和最后一次有效广告配置可能保存在您的设备上。根据 Android 和设备备份设置，部分本地应用数据可能包含在 Android 备份中。

3. 信息用途

• 提供桌面、地图、附近探索、街景、实时摄像头播放、收藏和历史功能。
• 记住设置，并提供可靠的离线或缓存体验。
• 衡量功能使用、广告表现和安装归因。
• 发现崩溃、滥用、欺诈、无效广告流量和技术故障。
• 下发配置更新、在启用后发送通知，以及提供安全更新。
• 遵守法律、执行适用条款，并保护用户与服务。

我们不会以收取金钱为目的出售个人信息。在法律允许且您的选择允许的情况下，广告服务商可能为跨情境行为广告处理或共享数据。

4. 权限与您的选择

• 位置：您可以随时在 Android 设置中拒绝或撤销精确/大致位置权限。核心浏览功能仍可使用，但附近内容和“我的位置”功能可能受限。
• 广告：在适用地区，本应用会显示同意信息。如果应用设置中出现“广告隐私选项”，您可以重新打开表单并修改可用选择。Android 也支持重置或删除广告 ID。
• 本地数据：清除应用存储或卸载本应用，即可删除设备上的搜索、收藏、足迹、设置和缓存。Android 管理的备份可能会依照 Google 账号及设备设置继续保留。
• 通知：您可以通过 Android 设置允许或关闭通知。

5. 服务商与外部内容

本应用依赖以下服务商，它们会按照各自的条款和隐私政策处理信息：

• Google：Google Maps Platform、Street View、在选择时使用的 YouTube、Google Play 服务、Google 移动广告和 User Messaging Platform、Firebase Analytics、Crashlytics、Remote Config、Cloud Messaging，以及 Play Install Referrer。请参阅 Google 隐私权政策及合作伙伴应用中的信息使用说明。

第三方街景和公共摄像头内容可能包含公共场所及被服务商拍摄的人员。我们不运营这些摄像头，也无法控制原始影像的采集方式。

6. 保存期限

本地应用数据会保存至您主动删除、清除应用存储或卸载应用，但仍受 Android 备份机制影响。我们仅在实现上述目的所需的合理期限内保留运行记录。Google、Firebase、广告服务商及外部内容提供方会按照各自政策和账号设置保存信息。

7. 安全与跨境处理

我们采用合理的技术和组织措施保护信息，包括在服务支持时使用加密网络连接。但任何传输或存储方式都无法保证绝对安全。服务商可能会在您所在国家或地区以外处理信息，并适用其相应法律保障措施。

8. 儿童隐私

本应用面向普通用户，并非专门面向 13 岁以下儿童或当地法律规定的最低年龄人群。我们不会有意直接收集儿童个人信息。如果您认为儿童提供了个人信息，请联系我们处理。

9. 隐私权利

根据所在地法律，您可能有权请求访问、更正、删除、限制、反对、可携带数据，或了解信息处理和共享情况。以同意为处理依据时，您也可以撤回同意。如需行使权利，请联系我们，并说明应用、设备平台、请求内容和所在国家或地区。我们可能需要必要信息核验并完成请求。

10. 政策更新

当应用、服务商或法律要求变化时，我们可能更新本政策。修订版本会发布在本页面，并更新顶部日期。重大变化也可能通过应用或商店页面告知。
